"Not sure it really offers much protection"
I might be expecting too much, but this just didn’t feel very solid in terms of protection. Some of the basic features didn’t seem to work right either, unless I was missing something. Overall, I wasn’t very confident using it

"Works well for my Dell"
I ordered a laptop sleeve from imosiso.com for my Dell, i think the fit is good. My laptop slides in easily without feeling loose, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
The charger pocket is the only part I’m not totally sold on since it feels a bit tight for my charger. The compatibility info on the site helped me, though I still double-checked my model size just to be safe. Overall, I’m happy with it and would like it even more if that pocket had a little extra room...

"Service was okay, but the shipping felt slow"
Overall, my experience was just okay. The main issue for me was the shipping, because it took longer than I expected and I kept wondering if there was some kind of delay or if my order just hadn’t been updated yet. I also reached out to support, and they did eventually reply, but it took about two days, which felt a bit long when I was just trying to figure out what was going on. Nothing was necessarily terrible, but it definitely wasn’t the smoothest experience either

"I thought the site looked really clean..."
I thought the site looked really clean and nice to use. The layout was simple and the colors was easy on the eyes, nothing felt too messy or confusing.

"Nice look, didn’t hold up"
Got this laptop bag from imosiso. Looked really nice at first. Clean design. But yeah, the quality just wasn’t there. After a few weeks, the zipper started sticking. Then one of the straps began coming loose. I don’t even pack it heavy. Just normal stuff. Disappointing. I wouldn’t buy it again.
